Donald Wayne Hanes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Hanes of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Hanes and Addie Hanes; his sister Judy Hamilton; his nephew Matt Hamilton; and his parents-in-law, Louie Bench and Shirley Bench.

He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hanes; his children, Christina Doing, Jesse Hanes (Lacey) and Beth Sandbothe (Shane); his grandchildren, Jess, Adeline Hanes, Aiden Doing, Jude and Ruby Sandbothe; his brother Kenneth Hanes; his in-laws, Lowell Hamilton, Denise Bench, Pete and Laurie Bench; and his nieces and nephews, Susie, Ron Proctor, Lance Hamilton, Ashley Vaughn, Bryan Bench, Jenny Powell and Carrie Black. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and special cousins.
