He is survived by: his wife Ileen Kendall of Springfield; his children, Robyn Kendall Brummett (Henry) of Carbondale, IL, Donald G. Kendall, II of Marion, IL, Bradley Upton (Diane) of Colorado Springs, CO, Paul Upton of Alpha, MN and Mark Upton (Cathy) of Eureka, MO; his grandchildren, Brad Oxendine (Crystal), Chad Oxendine (Chelsea), Brenah Murray (Aaron), Haley Upton, Kathryn Upton, Molly Upton, Benjamin Upton and Aidan Upton; his great grandchildren, Gavin Oxendine, Grant Oxendine, Alana Biermann, Deacon Oxendine and Trai Murray; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Pipkorn (Glenda) and Beverly Cohen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
