He is survived by: his mother Sherrye Kuhn; his stepfather J. Allen Kuhn; his sister Stephanie McCormack; his nephew Grant; his niece Natalie; his daughter Elizabeth Jacobson; his siblings, Jason and Katie Piatt; and his nieces and nephews, Paula (Benny), Chris (Jodi) and Laura (Gary). He is also survived by children along with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's name to Council of Churches of the Ozarks Food Pantry.
