He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Effie D. Jobe (Bagley); and his siblings, Troy, Olle Jobe, Tylene McPheeters Zumwalt and Dee Beckley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Jobe Hall (Bryan Hall) and Randa Jobe Cowen (Tracy Cowen); his grandchildren, Robby Jacobs (Mandy), Cody Jacobs (Avery), Hunter Hall, Karlee Hall, Kendall Hall, Kate Cowen Foster (Brad) and Joshua Cowen; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Kolton Jacobs, Jayce, Grey, Clay Foster and Harper Jacobs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
