He was predeceased by: his father Howard E. "Chris" Christensen. He is survived by: his mother Carol "Sue" Christensen (Matlack) of McPherson, KS; his siblings, Darla Phillips (Shawn) of Wichita, KS and Neil Christensen of St. Louis, MO; his niece Katie Christensen of McPherson, KS; and his nephew Erik Christensen of St. Louis, MO.
