He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Lockhart and Ruby Lee Lockhart (Treadway); his wife Sharon; his siblings, George "Butch" Lockhart, Clifford Lockhart and Betty Sue Griffith; and his son Daymon Lockhart.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara (Steve Lewis), Christina (Rick Carpenter) and Sheldon (Tammy Nelson); and his grandchildren, Judy Lockhart, Holly (Wes Jones), Micah (Sara Henson), Josiah (Nicole Carpenter), Leah (Christopher Vandiver), Samuel (Myrah Carpenter), Christopher Nelson, Garrett Lewis, Nora Lewis, Levi Carpenter, Emily Carpenter, Henry Lewis, Jaeanna Nelson and Michael Nelson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home North (3506 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65803). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Cemetery Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3506 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65803).
