He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Schickedanz and Ruth Schickedanz (Burnett). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen; his daughters, Tammy Welchert and Christy Schickedanz; his grandchildren, Kristina Pope, Hunter Welchert and Colter Schickedanz; and his siblings, David, Phillip Schickedanz and Susan Thornton. He is also survived by his children and their friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Missouri State Parks Foundation (Bennett Springs State Park) or to the charitable organization of your choice.
