He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lucille Little, Virginia Lydic and Bob; his great grandchild Scotty; and his son-in-law Johnny Garrison.

He is survived by: his children, Don (Judy), Nancy (Steve), Dennis (Debbie), Rick (Eda) and Connie (David); his siblings-in-law, Jean Combs (Jerry) and Max Ware; and his sister Evelyn Wimbs. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
