She was predeceased by: her parents, Gentry Rathbun and Goldie Rathbun; her husband Dallas Combs; her grandson Jason Combs; and her sister Loretta Shaffer (Dave).
She is survived by: her children, Pam Squibb (Steve), Greg Combs (Arlette) and Teresa Rude (Arthur). She is also survived by five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the White Chapel (5234 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802).
