She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Molinda Mullings and James Mullings; and her sister Beverly Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Larry Gene Highfill; her sons, Larry Lee Highfill (Tonya) and Michael Lee Highfill (Shawna); her grandchildren, Nichole Highfill, Trisha Chernick (Brandon), Alycia Ragsdale (Ben), Jessica Crim (Jacob) and Dylan Highfill (Makinzi); her great grandchildren, Haydan, Huntar Ragsdale, Kinlan, Lumen, Raxton Highfill, Annahlynn, Brooklynn, Chealynn and Dillynn Crim; and her siblings, Doug Mullings (Edie) and Shirley Allison.
Charlotte requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Crossway Church Building Fund.
