He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Samuel Shelledy and Marie Waffell Shelledy (Burrell); his parents-in-law, Bruce and Jewel Callaway; his brother-in-law David McCarty; his nephew Buck Wiles; and his friend Wayne Presley.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lynne Callaway; his daughter Melissa Baker (Kip); his grandchildren, Brock Baker and Shelby Mangels (Garrison); his sister Carolyn McCarty; his siblings-in-law, Judy White and Joe Callaway (Jill); and his nieces and nephews, Donna Jackson (Steve), Mike McCarty, Kevin McCarty (Sarah), Dale Rea (Sue), Joy Rea, Brian Rea (Marsha), Amanda Rinker (Brandon) and Joseph Callaway. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
