She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Horn and Orpha Horn (Turner). She is survived by: her children, Chad Lewis (Jana) and Tracy Howell (Chuck); her grandchildren, Chase Howell (Afton), Ariel Howell, Carter Lewis and Addyson Lewis; and her great grandchild Hudson Howell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
