As Carl departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carl may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carl leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowry and Shirley Lowry; and his sister Lisa Lowry-Roark. He is survived by: his daughter Taneha Lowry; his partner Dana Frank; and his siblings, Rae Ann Lowry-Harris, John Lowry Jr., Terry Lowry, Tim Lowry, Jerry Lowry, Rejeana Lowry-Dunning and Bobby Lowry.
