He is survived by: his wife Stacie; his sons, Chase Williams (Paige), Trevor and Drake Johnson; his grandchildren, Oaklyn, Brezlyn Williams and Kohen Johnson; his mother Karen Urich (Gary); and his nephew Bryce Johnson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
