She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth A. Hale; her stepfather Richard Shillcutt; her sister Linda K.; her husband Jerry D. Sparkman; her children, Jerry D. Sparkman Jr. (Tammi S.) and Regina A. Barnett (Michael J.); and her grandchildren, Jerry D. Sparkman III (Deidra D.), Carl W. Sparkman (Alicia M.), Blake J. Barnett and Mason C. Barnett.
She is survived by: her father William R. Hale; and her sister Debrah A. Brake. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
