We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2025, at the age of 84, Bobbe Jane Ames of Springfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Hvidston and Bob Hvidston; her brother Charles Hvidston; and her husband Dan Ames (Dan). She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Ames of Largo, FL and Susan Smith of Rogersville, MO; her brother David Hvidston of Bluffton, SC; and her grandsons, Jacob Otto (Washington, DC), Michael Smith (Washington, DC) and Daniel Smith of Tucson, AZ.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Bobbe Ames' memory to: Seasons Hospice 1831 West Melville Rd.
