She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred A. Raymer and Bertha F. Raymer (Lake); her husband Kenneth Keltner; and her brothers, Alvi and Bill Raymer.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Henderson (James) and Kenneth D. Keltner (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Monica Henderson-Devore (Robert), Neal Henderson (Morgan), Valerie Hubbard (Ryan) and Wade Keltner (Shannon). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; as well as several other relatives and friends.
