She is survived by: her sons, Dr Brent Bolyard (Amy) and Brady Bolyard (Heather); her grandson Dr Adam Bolyard (Chloe); her great grandchildren, Amelie and Eloise Bolyard; and her in-laws, Joan (Larry Bolyard), Joyce (Lowell Bolyard), Meredith (Keith Bolyard) and George Ann (Donald Ford).
