He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Logue (James) of Pueblo West, Colorado and Joseph Yaw (Melissa) of Missouri; his siblings, Richard Yaw (Hope) of Des Moines, Iowa, Tom Yaw (Bobbi Jo) of Des Moines, Iowa, Carla Spriggs (Michael) of Franklin, Tennessee and Carl Yaw Jr. of Des Moines, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Cherill, Jerry, Donna and Sandy. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
