He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Barker and Marie Barker (Fink) of Fort Scott, Kansas; his wife Rachelle Barker (Wilson) of Spokane, Missouri; his children, Adam Barker of Spokane, Missouri and Hope Barker of Spokane, Missouri; and his brother Mitch Barker (Cheryl) of Fort Scott, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Pregnancy Life Line or Reformed Bible Church, both of Branson West, Missouri.
