She is survived by: her husband Alvin Blevins; her children, Karen Armitage (David) of Chestnutridge, Dewayne Blevins of Phillipsburg and Timothy Blevins (Jennifer) of Clever; her brother Rex Burton Cutbirth of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Kaylee Dover (Brittin) of Chestnutridge and Wiley Armitage of Chestnutridge; and her great grandchildren, Emery, Daisy and Haven.
