She is survived by: her husband Grover Dow; her children, Joey Loucks of Kansas City, Carmen Hershberger (Jeff) of Chillicothe, Shelly Modaff (Ronald) of Columbia, Tiffany Stark of Trenton, Grover Dow Jr. of Kirksville, Kristy Dow of Chillicothe, Tristan Dow and Amanda of Chula; and her siblings, Gary Loucks (Tonda) of Gallatin, Jimmy Loucks (Rose) of Gallatin, Leroy Loucks of Arkansas, Linda Hogan (Dale) of Gallatin and Shirley Shipers of Gallatin. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
