He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Elmer and Hilda Lentz Westcott; his brother Ray Westcott; his nephew David Westcott; and his sister-in-law Beverly Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kelle Westcott (Rand Williams), Jeffrey Westcott (Kati), Darrel Plumb (Susan), Janet Helmandollar (Scott), Julie Linville (Raymond) and Don Plumb; his grandchildren, Brooke Westcott, Courtney Westcott-Haakonstad, Rebecca Shutterly and Zach Plumb; his great grandchildren, Graham Stonger, Melodie Shutterly, Kaiden, Ellie, Cameron Johnson, Cale and Ryder Plumb; his great great grandchildren, Davina and Delilah; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Westcott, Donna and Gary Asher; his nephew Danny Westcott; his great-nieces, Jessie Ehrsam, Ali Westcott and Sara Westcott; and his great-nephew Dakota Westcott.
Memorials to either Wounded Warrior Project or South Evans Cemetery and they may be left with the funeral home.
