He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Foster (Linda) of Middleville, MI, Dan Foster of Trenton, Carl Foster (Jill) of Davenport, IA and Rickey Foster (Heather) of Trenton; and his sisters, Sue Hernandez of Davenport, IA and Neva True (Tom) of Stockton, IA.
