He is survived by: his mother Esther Smith of Bevier, Missouri; his children, Jennifer Courtney (Tracy Trask) of Laredo, Missouri and Nevin Smith of Trenton, Missouri; his granddaughter Jessica Courtney of Laredo; and his siblings, Sue Hunt (Bill) of Gallatin, Missouri, Russell Smith (Lisa) of Milan, Bob Smith (Lesa) of Milan, Johnny Johnson (Michelle) of Clinton, David Smith (Michelle) of Bevier and Ben Smith of Atlanta, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
