She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Jackson Ice and Dorothy Ellen Ice (Adams). She is survived by: her siblings, Arvil Gene Ice, John Wayne Ice, Gary Lee Ice, Larry Keith Ice and Margaret Faye Ice; her children, Bobbie Neal Upton (Rose), Barbara Colleen Davis of Springfield, MO and Pamela Kay Forrest (Tom) of Niangua, MO; and her brothers, Loyd Jackson Ice (Laura) of Gravois Mills, MO and Edward Allen Ice (Gail) of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
