She is survived by: her husband Don Lakey; her daughter Sarah Ingram of Ozark; her grandchildren, Jamie Melton (Sarah) of Highlandville, Caleb Applegate (Kaitlin) of Dillingham, Alaska, Jennifer Hogan (Marty) of Fordland, Tyrell Ingram of Springfield and Colton Melton of Highlandville; and her great grandchildren, Blake, Olivia, Bailee, Ridge and Gatlin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other caring relatives and friends.
