He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lloyd and Bessie Lee Chapman (Thompson); and his siblings, Tabitha, Charles and Glen.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Holt; his children, Ashley Chapman (Gaylene) and Letha Evans (Michael); his grandchildren, Aleasha Humble, Cassidy Chapman, Olivia Chapman, Maggie Evans and Cody Evans; his great grandchild Hadley Humble; and his brother Ernie Chapman (Joyce). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other caring relatives.
