He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Morrison; his sons, James Lowell Pettit and Christopher Robert Pettit; his granddaughters, Jessica, Hannah and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Danial and Lauren; and his siblings, Tom Pettit and Roseanna Turner.
