She was predeceased by: her parents, James K. "Polk" McHaffie and Lula Agnes McHaffie (Dean); her husband Louie; her son Wesley McHaffie; and her siblings, Dave McHaffie, Emma Davidson, Bertha Todd, Daisy Prewitt, Brooksie Dalton, Ruby Cook and Julie Cornelison.
She is survived by: her children, James L. McHaffie (Pam), Gerald McHaffie, Donna Smith (Noel), Bobbie McHaffie and Billy McHaffie (Tammy); and her daughter-in-law Teresa Sims (Randy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other caring relatives.
