He is survived by: his daughter Angelia Dame (Scott) of Lebanon Mo; his granddaughter Shasta Sibert (Bradley) of Lebanon Mo; his great grandchildren, Rylee Herd of Lebanon Mo, Lane Herd of Lebanon Mo, Kaylee Herd of Lebanon Mo, Ellie Sibert of Lebanon Mo, Beckett Fohn of Lebanon Mo and Boone Fohn of Lebanon Mo; his siblings, Judy Carmichael (Jim) of Springfield Mo and Mike Bennett (Meachiel) of Lebanon Mo; his nieces and nephews, Lorrie Hoffman, Nicole Cooper, Dalena Kincaid, Amber Jewell, Hannah Cofield, Amy Moore, Steven, Joseph, Cody, Tony Bennett, Jesse, David and Samuel Jewell; his brother Steve Bennett; and his nephews, Bryant Hoffman and James Bennett.
