He is survived by: his wife Patsy Maggard; his children, Kenneth Wayne Maggard of Halfway Missouri, Cammie Guerin (David) of Chadwick, Carla Shipman (Rick) of Sparta, Richard Maggard, Kevin Comley of Branson and Teresa West (Tommy) of Urbana, Missouri; his sister Barbara Combs (Garland); his grandchildren, Shawn Guerin, Thomas Maggard, Kathryn Guerin, David Lee Guerin, Derek Maggard, Rikki Dean, Jacob Shipman, Nicholas Shipman, Kenny Wayne Maggard, Richard Baker, Autumn Baker and Zechariah Baker; and his great grandchildren, Titis Maggard, Victoria Maggard, Ryan Maggard, Collin Maggard, Kerrigan Guerin, Creek Guerin, Bradlynn Guerin, McCare Guerin, Madelyn Faye Dean, Maeleigh Shipman, Xander Shipman, Landon Maggard, Corbin Maggard, Maddison Baker, Morgan Schnell, Savannah Schnell and Maverick David Lee Dean.
