He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Palmer and Thelma Palmer (Fye). He is survived by: his children, Dale Palmer (Ashley) of Springfield, MO and Sherri Miller (Ryan) of McPherson Kansas; his grandchildren, Kendra Palmer, Austin Mitchell, Brooke and Mason Miller; his sister Linda Nell; and his pet Rider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
