She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Ferguson and Shirley Ferguson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; and her children, Bobby Carter (Nita), Kayla Rodriguez (Phillip) and Harley Carter. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two brothers.
