He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Bess Campbell (Hammer); his daughters, Stacie Manes and Misty Gillmore; his granddaughter Cori Clark; and his son-in-law Lamont Rainwater.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bowman; his children, Debra Campbell Rainwater of Springfield, Teresa Veith (Jerry) of Joplin, Pamela A. Campbell of Carthage, Anna Hicks (Robby) of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Rich Campbell (Kim) of Pinson, Gary W. Campbell (Stephanie) of Billings and Ronnie Campbell of Mt. Vernon; and his brother Jerry Campbell (Cathy) of Pierce City, Missouri. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
