He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Myers; his children, Vicki Martin (Sam), Becky Myers, Windy Myers, Gina Arietta, Susan Huser, Mark Myers (Tamara), John Crull and Tom Crull (Melodee); his siblings, Terry Myers and Patsy Hargis; and his grandchildren, Dawn Martin, Travis Martin, Tony Myers, Josh, Tammy Wiscovitch, Jerimiah, Stephanie Wiscovitch, Jared Ball, Robert Ball, John, Adrienne Gerhardt, Cody Gerhardt, Kaitlin Crull, Trenton, Sayo Crull, Ryne Crull, Alek Crull, Sara, Ricky Montgomery, James, Tasha Huser, Colby, Dwayne Clift and Landin Myers. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
