He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Roark and Zelpha Roark (Tabor); and his granddaughter Samantha Roark. He is survived by: his wife Linda Roark; his children, Jason Roark (Rachel) of South Greenfield, MO and Lesa Queen (Mike) of Lockwood, MO; and his grandchildren, Joseph Roark, Grace Roark, Hannah Roark and Clay Roark.
