With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Haskins of Smithville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Olive June Merriam; and her husband Ralph Haskins. She is survived by: her children, Kelli Harpe (Gordon) and Matthew Murray; her stepchildren, Michael Haskins (Sue) and Robin Haskins; her grandchildren, Matthew Harpe (Cindy), Rachael Wolfner (John), Stephen Harpe (Brooke), Christine Harpe, Lawrence Baldridge, Christopher Haskins (Kelli), Samantha Ott (Christopher) and Max Haskins (Kate); and her brother John Merriam (Mary). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
