With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roxi Kay James of Smithville, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Brown and Dorothy "Betty" Brown (Manville); her sister Margot Dishon; and her brother-in-law John Dishon. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" E. James; her daughter Courtney Pippin (Jeff); her grandchildren, Aiden and Avery Pippin; and her siblings, Vicki Cantu, Becki Moore, David Brown (Pam), Lori Manville (Chris) and Juli Crenshaw (Steve). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Noyes Home for Children.
