He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Coulter of Clinton, Missouri.; his children, Steven Paul (Marilyn) and Lisa Rachell (Wayne); his granddaughters, Leslie Meier (Rick) and Lauren Middleton (Chad); his great grandchild Ava Meier; his stepgrandchildren, Erin Cook (Brett) and Ashley Tallon (Randy); and also, Brady, Bennett, Kingston and Landen Rogers (Jen).
