He is survived by: his son Jeff Caven; his daughter-in-law Janet Durkin; his grandchildren, Jake Caven and Sarah Mcintire; his great grandchildren, Adison, Jadyn and Asya McIntire; and his close friend Park Hochung.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Floral Hills Cemetery (7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133).
