She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gerald Maxfield and Gara Kathryn Summers. She is survived by: her son Matthew Maxfield; and her siblings, Chris Maxfield (Becky), Shelly Cook and Bobbie Maxfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
