She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Dan Starnes (Robin), Gary Starnes (Robin) and Susan Starnes; her grandchildren, Chris, Jami, Kimber, Rachel, Angel, Ciara, Sergio and Candace; and her brother Jerry Wood. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
