As Kay departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kay may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kay leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Horner and Esther Catherine Norton (Lindsey); and her husband Cecil Leiby. She is survived by: her children, Travis Martinez (Kristen), Jerry Leiby (Vicki) and Christine Carver (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Regan Martinez, Savannah Leiby, Zoe Leiby, Jeffery Carver, Jr. (Ashley), Michael Carver (Heather) and Chaeli Carver. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
