She was predeceased by: her parents, Linn Smith and Lida Smith. She is survived by: her husband John N. Weatherly, Sr.; her children, Carol Evans and Jay Weatherly (Lyn); and her grandchildren, John Weatherly III (Chandra), Brenda Weatherly (Rocky Liberty), Janice Ballard (Kent), Gary Weatherly (Candi), Terri Dunn (Pat) and Shelley Reynolds (Tim). She is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
