It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Turner of Smithville, Missouri, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Turner and Gladys Turner (Hadley); and his nephew AJ Turner. He is survived by: his wife Connie Scott; his daughters, Michelle Elder (Kerry), Jennifer Ralston (Ryan) and Johnna Wheeler (Caleb); his grandchildren, Jeff Elder (Shelby), Jayce Elder, Cali Wheeler, Hunter Wheeler, Rayce Ralston and Rex Ralston; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Eleanor Elder and Baby E; his brothers, David Turner and Anthony Turner (Terri); his siblings-in-law, Gary Scott (Terri), Don Scott, David Scott, Linda Chesnut (Bob) and Kevin Scott (Margi); and his pets, Penny and Annie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home (104 Church St, Smithville, MO 64089).
