With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jesse Bosworth of Smithville, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jesse left this world on January 17, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bosworth and Elsie Bosworth (Krasny); his wife Sharon Bosworth; his son Richard Bosworth; and his granddaughter Kelly Pruett.

He is survived by: his children, Dale Bosworth (Victoria) and Vicki Pruett; and his siblings, Jerry Bosworth and Carolyn Post. He is also survived by six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home (104 Church St, Smithville, MO 64089). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
