He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Myers and Vasthia Nevia Creagan; his wife Vickie Myers; his daughter Sharma Myers; and his sister Sharon Ladinsky.
He is survived by: his children, Courtney Myers and Jared Myers (Melissa); his grandchildren, Casen and Jade; his siblings, Ronnie Myers (Karen) and Norma Holland (Larry); and his friend Rusty.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Jerry's passion, the family suggests a tree be planted in his memory.
