He is survived by: his spouse Rita Y. Blain; his children, Cheryl Chiles (David) and Gary Youtsey; his grandchildren, Jasmine Howard and Jacob Youtsey; his sister Carolyn Forsyth (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Charles "Stew" Blain (Barbara) and Kathleen Youtsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
