He was predeceased by: his brother Alan. He is survived by: his son Cory Sutherland (Kathryn) of Smithville; his stepson Jonathan Theobald of Lee; his grandchildren, Amelia, Sophia, Aspen and Syah; his siblings, Jim (Kay), Dee Ann, Wayne (Sue) and Mark (Christie); his sister-in-law Vicki (Whinery); and also Summit of Missouri.
